I've spent my life around elite athletes and coaches. At IMG Academy, I trained alongside future NFL and NBA stars. In my twenties, I put in 200+ one-on-one sessions with Charles Glass, the Godfather of Bodybuilding. I learned to build a body from the people who build the best in the world.

Then my 30s hit. The same workouts that built me weren't cutting it anymore: I was sore longer, recovering slower, and carrying size that didn't move the way I wanted it to.
I realized I wanted to be more than just a bodybuilder. I wanted to be a ripped athlete: shredded, powerful, explosive, the way elite sprinters look and move.
So I rebuilt my training from the ground up. Combined bodybuilding with sprinting and jumping. Six months later: leaner, faster, stronger, more explosive than I'd ever been.
